miffed monday's....back again

how to lose 1,000 cool points....

okay, i have this friend who is really into me. LOL.....well....at least sometimes i think so. anyway, it just so happens that we ran into each other at the gas station over the weekend. oh wait....did i say he was "fine"....oh yeah, the brotha is fine and intelligent. so anyway, he parks his car and sparks up this great conversation. we go on and on about how we're livin', politics, the stock market etc. and then we part & go our separate ways.

well, this friend who shall remain nameless, called my office today to tell me how grrreat i looked. with this smile from ear to ear...i thanked him for the compliment as if i wanted him to go on & on (and so he did). batting a thousand, he kept the compliments comin'.... "girl, where have u been all my life...i was so happy to see you...i couldn't get you off my mind all weekend"...."u looked so good, i wanted to pour gas all over you" SCreeEEch!!!! did this brotha just say pour gas all over me? i mean really, did i just hear that?? now y'all know he shoulda lost a thousand on the spot, but i nix'd him 900. ...trying to redeem himself, he told me that he really liked the top was i wearing. i thought wow, i'll take that...i mean it was a new top....and i was feelin' fine in it. i told him thanks and mentioned that it is called a peasant top. and just before i could stop him, he said "well girl, YOU ONE FOXY PEASANT!" okay okay, nix 100 points for the word FOXY and i'll take the last 100 for calling me a PEASANT...leaving him with one BIG FAT ZERO. ...and with that said, i promised him that he was now worthy of being blogged...so how 'bout that?
