i love pretty food on pretty plates, so the cast & characters of this sunday afternoon delight is a caesar salad with a vegetable medley served with a tall glass of light, crisp sauvignon blanc. actually, i'm quite surprised i had enough time to whisk this together due to an incredibly long analytical test that's been staring me in the face all weekend! it turns out that after several interviews for a marketing analyst position, its down to the wire with this monster of a test - hence the huge bottle of wine! u see the theory goes somethin' like this...each hemisphere in the brain is responsible for a different manner of thinking. left brainers are logical/sequential thinkers & right brainers are random/intuitive thinkers....hence the bottle of wine,

a-gain! as u can tell, the glass of wine is to soothe my right hemisphere, which i'm afraid may take over!
