alright alright....i didn't exactly come up with that slogan...but a friend did & she was right! most of u already know that last week i was offered a fabulous job at a fabulous company! after being laid off from permanent employment for 300+ days...(that's 10 mos. for the mathematically challenged), i am simply over the moon with this news! it also goes without saying, that clearly i am no longer a novice in what i call "hustle~nomics"! my journey started out incredibly difficult with a short reprieve here & there, but i'm happy to say that i persevered! thank GOD! brief synopsis: january ~ finally recovered from hurricane ike ~ february ~ laid off ~ oops no severance ~ breathe girl breathe ~ brakes go out while driving car ~ unemployment insurance delayed ~ car costs $300 ~ couldn't fit old suits ~ had to purchase new suit ~ another $200 ~ interviews ~ more interviews ~ even more interviews ~ june ~ finally got a job ~ car issues ~ took the train to work in 99 degree weather ~ another $250 on car ~ oops another layoff ~ not there long enuf for severance ~ breathe girl breathe ~ gained 6 lbs ~ oops new suit don't fit ~ another interview ~ and another interview- ~ 2nd interview ~ 3rd interview ~ job offer ~ oops lousy salary ~ september ~ still searching ~ bought new suit ~ another interview ~ 4 interviews in 5 days ~ second interview ~ wanna go home ~ don't look good ~ exhausted unemployment ~ wait for it ~ wait for it ~ wait for it ~ wait for it..........

...BAM...GOT A JOB!!!!
